On Sunday, a handful of Notre Dame students from Year 7 represented the Shepparton Region at the State Netball Championships which were held at the State Netball Centre in Parkville.
The students were selected in a squad of 12 that went to Melbourne after coming runners up at the Regional Titles in Wodonga three weeks ago. The students have been playing in netball tournaments across Victoria in the lead up to the regional titles, including a win at the Wangaratta Tournament in May. The Shepparton Representative Team placed 7th in the state out of 50 teams across Melbourne and Victoria in the 13s age section.
A great effort! Congratulations Layla, Eloise, Annaliese, Ruby and Lily.
