Enrolment Guidelines

Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have changed the way we will be collecting ‘Applications for Enrolment’ and the ‘Application for Enrolment Fee’.

In our efforts to minimise risk of spreading the infection, the College would prefer EFTPOS or direct deposits.  Cash payments will only be accepted where electronic payment methods are not available for a family.

Lodgement of the Application for Enrolment must be accompanied by a $50 non-refundable Application for Enrolment Fee. During this time, we ask that the fee be paid by direct deposit with receipt emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or attached to the application when submitted.

Prior to submitting the application, please complete the checklist inside the cover of the ‘Application for Enrolment’ to ensure you have completed all sections and have attached the required documentation.

Once you have completed the application form, please return it to the College either:

  • by post - Notre Dame College Enrolments, 139 Knight Street Shepparton, VIC 3630.
  • by placing it in the letter slot at the Main Office of the Knight Street Campus

(Place completed form in an envelope with ‘Enrolment’ written on the front.)

PLEASE NOTE: Emailed applications will not be accepted. Applications which are incomplete, missing required documentation or do not have the $50 fee paid will be returned.Enrolment Prospectus

‘Application for Enrolment’ forms are due on the following dates:

  • Year 7 2021 Enrolments - by Monday 1 June 2020
  • Other Year Level enrolments - as soon as possible

Confirmation of Enrolment Timeline:

  • For Year 7 2021 Applicants - we will contact you to advise the outcome of your application once processing of the applications is complete. Whilst we try to do this as quickly as we can, this may not be until the end of Term 3.
  • For other Year Level Applicants - our office staff will contact you and advise the status of your application as soon as possible after receiving and processing it.

PLEASE NOTE: A completed and lodged ‘Application for Enrolment’ form and payment of the $50 non-refundable fee does not guarantee a position at the College.

McAuley Champagnat Programme

Enrolment in the McAuley Champagnat Programme is by referral from a school ONLY.

To begin the process of enrolment the referral document below must be completed by the school the student is currently enrolled in. For further information please contact the Director of the McAuley Champagnat Programme.

School Fees

Parents are obliged to contribute school fees for the support of the College. However, no student whose parents are genuinely unable to afford to pay school fees in full or in part will be denied admission to the College. Parents who feel that payment of full fees would cause unnecessary family hardship are invited to contact the Finance Manager to make special financial arrangements. Such arrangements will be kept entirely confidential.
